The Dunaire International Fall Festival Is Coming!

      

Festival!  Stranka!  Festa!  Festiwal!  Fiesta!  Tamasha! Le hoi!  Mahrajaan! 

The 4th annual Dunaire International Fall Festival will take place Sunday, October 20th, from 3 'til 6pm in the Dunaire Community Garden on Cheviot Drive. It'll be a great time for everyone to come out and celebrate the arrival of autumn, cooler weather, and our fantastic neighborhood!

All Dunaire residents, and their friends and families, are welcome, and there will be a lot of fun activities for our younger Dunaireans - pumpkin painting, a soccer goal kicking contest, arts and crafts, games, a bouncy house, international music, and more! We'll also have a community yard sale (to benefit the pool), and a photo booth.

And, all attendees are encouraged to bring a dish to share at our international pot luck table! We're hoping to have another amazing table of food (like last year) to reflect the wonderful diversity of our neighborhood. The festival is FREE and all children MUST be accompanied by an adult!

Dunaire Civic Association Meeting!

The Dunaire Civic Association will meet next Tuesday, October 1st, at 7:30pm, at the Indian Creek Baptist Church. You can park in their lot, park at the end of Bretton Woods / Hammett and walk up the steps, or just walk!

Topics of discussion will include , the proposed development right around the corner, Dunaire Committee planning, the Community Garden, the Dunaire Community Pool, local real estate news, and general neighborhood improvement ideas. All Dunaire neighbors are encouraged to come find out what's going on in the neighborhood....we need your input!
