For our next Dunaire Dines Out, we'll be heading to
the tropics for some delicious Jamaican food at Roadside Jamaican Restaurant in Pine Lake! Roadside owner Alex is looking forward to
sharing his family recipes with us...from savory curried chicken to
succulent pork rib BBQ to fiery jerk chicken,

The Dunaire Civic Association will meet Tuesday
evening, October 4th, at 7:30pm, at the Indian Creek Baptist Church. You
can park in their lot, park at the end of Bretton Woods / Hammett and
walk up the steps, or just walk!
Topics of discussion will
include the Memorial Drive improvements, the Community Garden, the
Dunaire Community Pool, local real estate news, and general neighborhood
improvement ideas. All Dunaire neighbors are encouraged to come find
out what's going on in the neighborhood....we need YOUR input!
For our next Dunaire Dines Out event, we'll be
gathering at a real neighborhood spot - Colossus Pizza in Tucker. The
owners have been serving locals in Lilburn for decades, and they've
recently opened this new location in Tucker, so if you haven't been yet,
you're in for a real treat. They have an large menu offering great
Greek and American classics, as well as an extensive selection of beers
for those so inclined - all served in a nice, but casual, atmosphere.
When: Friday, September 16th, at 6:30pm
Where: Colossus Pizza at 4369 Hugh Howell Road, Tucker, GA 30084.
How: We'll meet at the restaurant, and everyone will be responsible for their own check.

Dunaire is a beautiful Metro Atlanta neighborhood, tucked away in a small forest, just off Memorial Drive in the heart of DeKalb County. The neighborhood is known for friendly neighbors, community spirit, and its peaceful character.

There are two MARTA transit stations nearby, Kensington and Indian Creek, that provide quick and easy commutes to downtown Decatur, downtown Atlanta, and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
DeKalb County has grown into one of the most ethnically and socially diverse counties in the nation, and Dunaire reflects and embraces diversity with residents from all over the country and the world, and from many walks of life, coming together in a true spirit of community.
