Our very own Lee Wilschek has recently graduated from Kashi Atlanta and is ready to share her yoga teaching talents with Dunaire!
Join your friends and neighbors Tuesday, July 28th, from 6pm until 7pm, at the Dunaire Pavilion near the pool, for a wonderful evening yoga lesson. This class welcomes newbies, first timers, and all levels. The emphasis will be on breathing, stretching, and centering.
Everyone is welcome, and the suggested donation is $8 (if that's a problem for you, do not worry, and come anyway).
