Dunaire Party At The Pavilion - THIS Saturday!

We've got a lot to celebrate these days in Dunaire, so come on out this Saturday, May 30th, at 3pm, to Party at the Pavilion! Dunaire neighbor, Amahl Lipkins and Atlanta's premier local R&B / Jazz band, The South Bay Project, will provide an unforgettable musical experience at the brand new Dunaire Pavilion. You DO NOT want to miss this!

When: Saturday, May 30th, at 3pm.

Where: The Dunaire Pavilion (next to the pool)

How: Wine, cheese, and refreshments will be served. A $5 donation is requested, with all donations going to the Dunaire Pool.

Who: All Dunaire residents and their families and friends are welcome! Let everyone know!

So, come out. Get to know your neighbors. Support your neighborhood. Groove to the sounds of The South Bay Project and have a great time!

Cocktails In The Garden - This Saturday Evening!

Mix and mingle your Dunaire friends and neighbors for a grown-up evening of hors d'oeuvres and refreshments at the Dunaire Community Garden this Saturday evening around 7:00pm.

When: Saturday,... May 15th at 7pm.

Where: The Dunaire Community Garden on Cheviot Drive.

How: Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish or drinks to share, but we will have lemonade, wine and refreshments for everyone. Feel free to bring a chair (and bug spray might not be a bad idea).

Who: All Dunaire adult residents and their adult friends are welcome to the first part of the evening...and EVERYONE is invited to the bonfire at 9pm!

Dunaire Summer Clean-Up - This Saturday Morning!

It sure feels like summer has arrived in Dunaire and it's time to get out and tidy up our neighborhood. Since first impressions are everything, we'll be really focusing on cleaning up the entrances on Collingwood and Kingswood, but we're looking for teams of neighbors to pick up litter, cut back kudzu, and generally clean-up all over the neighborhood.

We'll meet at the two entrances at 10am on Saturday May 16th. We'll have garbage bags, recycling bags, gloves, etc.

And, one lucky clean-up participant* will win a $20 gift certificate from Savage Pizza in Avondale Estates!

So, come on. Get out of the house. Meet your neighbors. Make new friends. Contribute to your community. Increase your property's value. And HAVE FUN!!

Yoga Dunaire Style - This Saturday, May 9th!

Join your friends and neighbors Saturday morning, May 9th, at 10:00am, for Yoga with Molly at the Dunaire Pavilion by the pool.

Yoga instructor Molly will lead a beginner's class, so if you've been wanting to try yoga...this is the class for you! Molly's classes are always based on "only do what you can do."

Yoga mats will be available for use and the class is free (but donations are accepted!). Friends and family from outside Dunaire are definitely welcome!

Dunaire Community Pool Cleanup - This Saturday Morning!

The Dunaire pool was gifted to the community many years ago...with the understanding that it would be ours as long as we take care of it. The pool is 100% maintained by members of the community. We are so lucky to have a space where we can play, relax and enjoy the company of our neighbors on those hot summer days.

Our membership numbers have been dropping for the last few years and so has the manpower needed to maintain the pool. So we are asking everyone to come give a bit of your time on Saturday. Please join us this Saturday for a Dunaire Community Pool Clean-up day. We will gather at the pool at 9am. Bring your gloves, yard tools and cleaning supplies. Meet the "Dunaire-ians" of summer and learn more about what makes Dunaire so great!
