Dunaire Civic Association Meeting!

The Dunaire Civic Association will meet Tuesday evening, May 3rd, at 7:30pm, at the Indian Creek Baptist Church. You can park in their lot, park at the end of Bretton Woods / Hammett and walk up the steps, or just walk!

Topics of discussion will include the Memorial Drive improvements, the Community Garden, the Dunaire Community Pool, local real estate news, and general neighborhood improvement ideas. All Dunaire neighbors are encouraged to come find out what's going on in the neighborhood....we need YOUR input!

Dunaire Cleans Up - Balfour Drive!

Summer is almost here and it's time to get out and tidy up our neighborhood. We're cleaning up our community street-by-street, and this time we'll be working on Balfour Drive!

All Dunaire neighbors are encouraged, and especially Balfour Drive residents, to come out Saturday morning, April 30th, to help make Balfour Drive look its best. We'll be picking up litter, cutting back weeds, cleaning up the curbs, and planting some flowers.

We'll meet at 9:30 am, and we'll have garbage bags, recycling bags, gloves, etc.

And, one lucky clean-up participant* will win a $20 gift certificate from Savage Pizza in Avondale Estates, sponsored by Tony Nastrii at Keller Williams Realty.

So, come on. Get out of the house. Meet your neighbors. Make new friends. Contribute to your community. Increase your property's value. And HAVE FUN!!

When: Saturday, April 30th, 9:30am until about 11:30am.

Where: Balfour Drive, Dunaire

Who: All Dunaire neighbors, ESPECIALLY Balfour Drive residents.

How: Just show up with good attitude and a little motivation.


* To be eligible to take part in the Savage Pizza drawing, you must be a Dunaire resident, have been on time for the clean-up, and participated for at least an hour.
