- About Dunaire...
Dunaire is a beautiful Metro Atlanta neighborhood, tucked away in a small forest, just off Memorial Drive in the heart of DeKalb County. The neighborhood is known for friendly neighbors, community spirit, and its peaceful character.
Dunaire consists of nearly 200 homes, as well as a community pool, a community garden, and a park and recreation area.
Our residents are able to take advantage of our central DeKalb location that is just 10 miles east of downtown Atlanta, and just a few minutes outside of downtown Decatur, and just a stone's throw from beautiful Stone Mountain Park. There are two MARTA transit stations nearby, Kensington and Indian Creek, that provide quick and easy commutes to downtown Decatur, downtown Atlanta, and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
DeKalb County has grown into one of the most ethnically and socially diverse counties in the nation, and Dunaire reflects and embraces diversity with residents from all over the country and the world, and from many walks of life, coming together in a true spirit of community.
