The Dunaire Community Pool has given our community a place to have fun, relax, and come together for decades. It also helps increase Dunaire home values, so each and every Dunaire resident benefits from having this uncommon neighborhood amenity.
Yearly maintenance runs in the thousands of dollars, and is barely covered by participants' annual dues, and the hard, hard work given by volunteers every year.
We are ready to open this year with a fresh paint job, some new
tropical landscaping, and code required repairs. It's going to be a
great summer pool season.
But, we need your help! Some large unexpected costs (including a
very large dead tree removal) have come up, and need to be addressed
quickly.
If you haven't been able to contribute your time and energy to the
many neighborhood improvement activities that have taken place recently,
this is your opportunity to chip in. Any donation will help. We
really need to get to $3,000 in the next few weeks to ensure the future
of this wonderful neighborhood amenity. If you really can't contibute
